I'm secretly very disapponted that we didn't plan a Cinco de Mayo party....next year people for sure, our house Cinco de Mayo.  So I had to just compose a faux Cinco de Mayo party here on the blog...we'd grill out and serve up some delicious fajitas, 7 layer dip, salsa, queso, have some delish margs and serve Sopapilla cheesecake....consider yourself invited to my faux party.  We might have even gotten a little crazy and had a Tequila tasting bar and "Beer"garita bar...I'm already thinking of all the possibilites for next year. If only our day wasn't packed full tomorrow I'd be on it....and for the little ones you have to have a fun piñata....and to make an adult version just fill it with small liquor bottles. So fun!! Hope ya'll have a fun Cinco de Mayo tomorrow...we will be spending sometime with family and hopefully ending the day with a delish margarita.
