Weekend wrap-up

Oh Monday, how I loathe you...I didn't use to hate you so much but now that I have a sweet lil pumpkin to leave at home I truly hate you. No amount of love for my job will ever make me like you anymore.

We had one little sick baby over the weekend, broke this momma's heart....it started Wed with a couple sneezes, then more sneezes and a little runny nose Thursday and itchy eyes but by Friday afternoon she was rather fussy with itchy eyes and runny nose...looked and smelled like allergies...though she is young and I would hate for my only 7 month old to have allergies...I'm thinking its a little cold, our friend's little boy had one last weekend when we visited:( Hate watching my lil one not feel well. Plus, though I work in medicine I hate taking/giving her medicine. Ha!

Friday...Lil miss was feeling pretty okay so we headed down to the pool with my sisters....she crashed out in her stroller on the way...she was SO good....I think these are all good signs for our upcoming trip...

My lil pool baby sporting her incredibly adorable hat her Mamaw made her.

She makes this face all the time...love it...

Always has her legs crossed....swoon
Pardon the cleavage shot but nothing is sweeter (PS I had her covered and protected from the sun after this photoop)
Love her!

Saturday....we met Mimi, Popi and Aunt Hannah for some Fuzzy's then did some last minute shopping for our trip...

Trying her first plum...
Mmmm...plums from her beautiful Mimi.

She always babbles with her tongue it is SO cute....
Then we headed home for some late night concert time brought to you by the one and only...
 Isabella Grace McDonald!!

Sunday: We went to church and since Isabella was a little under the weather we kept her out of the nursery so we weren't those parents that sent there somewhat sick child to the nursery to infect everyone else;) You're welcome. I held her and got cuddles....Perfection.
We debated on whether or not to go to small group but decided against it for the same reasons..

Just chewing on her paci with mommy and daddy at brunch...she has some red in her hair...so curious to see what color her eyes and hair will be...

My adorable packing buddy....she makes everything more fun:)

Packing for 7 days with a 7 month old has been quite adventurous.

We tried kale + sweet potatoes last night....

She devoured it...

We went from hating everything to loving kale + sweet potatoes...who knew...

Going for mommy's water bottle with sheer excitement...

Love this lil mobile, crawling girl...

Thanks but no thanks Monday!!! Come on Friday!!
