Another wonderful weekend has come and gone...hello Monday it is not good to see you....
Friday...was a busy one....I got off work and ran to meet my sweet friend Jen at the Frisco Mercantile by our house...I was/am on the hunt for antique china and Jen was looking for a nap mat for Graham's Mother's day out....then we rushed to meet Baby Collin Stroh who arrived Thursday...he is adorable...can't wait to love on him some more on Tuesday....then I rushed home changed, fed/changed Isabella, attempted to curl Isabella's Gigi's hair...only burned her twice...eek...I am NOT a hair stylist then ran to meet my parents at Ikea before having a nice steak dinner thanks to Gigi at Texas Land and Cattle....I'm exhausted all over again just recapping that day:)
This sweet girl hasn't stayed asleep like this in her carseat for a long time...she napped 30 minutes while we cruised Ikea...
She was great at dinner...she thought her Popi playing Peek-a-boo was hilarious..
She has started talking on her remote like a telephone!! Melts my heart
This girl is SO happy!!

Saturday...we had a nice lazy morning enjoying some Baby Einstein....then we had a very productive Honey-do list kind of day...enjoyed some pool time...and enjoyed having Gigi around for me to talk/scream to....I'm not sure what it is about my voice but even with her hearing aid in she couldn't hear me all week...makes for some funny screaming conversations:)
.she cuddled right up next to her daddy...this busy body never does this...it was so cute....chewing on her finger of course...
I have wanted/needed a new light for our game room and this one from Ikea is just perfect...now to figure out my decor/color scheme for our playroom since it is getting more and more use these days
Why you don't eat with your foot on the table? Well you should all the cool kids are doing it...
Sunday...we had a delish brunch with Gigi and Mamaw....Mamaw is back from her wonderful trip to Mexico so Gigi is going home....she spent the week with us....and was quite fun entertaining us, Isabella and our Nanny....
So Isabella's nursery got a new addition this weekend...I saw this beaut on Friday and obsessively thought about it all weekend...it was a little pricey but I knew if I didn't get it I would forever regret it....SO I did what any responsible adult would do...I bought it....its a ture 1917 antique...ubsessed! It was made for her room...
Isabella got to take her first trip to Bass Pro Shop...won't be the last...daddy was in heaven and bought a few items for his Elk hunting trip in November...he sure is lucky;) hunting season is offically upon us...

And to top off the weekend some of Dennis' friends were staying the night and he ate the last of the crickets he bought a while back...eeek gross....

Isabella had her first homemade popsicle this weekend...pictures and recipe to come tomorrow...
She has started saying "uh oh," is standing on her own, really cruising, loves to pat/kiss/hug her babies, saying "bay bay," started crying when I lay her down for naps she has never done this....it only lasts 2 minutes then she is out...I don't blame her for prefering to hang out with cool me than nap, still taking her good 3 naps a day 1 hr, 2 hr, and 1 hr.....she is an eating machine for as small as she is this girl can eat:) Waves bye bye to her daddy when he leaves in the morning, loves to wave at strangers and Loves, loves attention:) Loves talking on her "phone"
