19 months

Hello 19 months....this also means the count down to baby brothers arrival is also here...I swear time is flying just way too fast...I feel like I can barely keep up.

You have officially hit the "terrible twos", independent, pushing the limits stage....you are actually usually very good and listen very good to the word "No!" You just have a very sweet,  very independent personality. If you have your mind setting on something you have it SET and are very upset until momma figures out exactly what it is that you want or think you need.. you had quite the 45 minute meltdown the other night which after much researching came down to the fact that you wanted to pick out your own pieces of watermelon not momma! When you get upset you just have a hard time settling so it takes momma some time to figure it out then help you get over the woos. I think once you can communicate exactly what you are wanting more it will be better.

Oh man already praying for lots of patience, grace and direction. Disciplining is what makes being a momma difficult otherwise I think it would be a breeze...learning your sweet personality, what works well for you and what doesn't...already praying for tons of wisdom on how best to facilitate your strengths, encourage you as you learn your independence but at the same time guide you and train you.

You have nights of long unwinds before actually falling asleep...I can lay you down at 7:30 and you will talk to your lovie, pillow, Minnie, owl, and lambie (yes, you must have all of these for bedtime) for over and hour before falling asleep...you will go from full on talking to out in seconds...it is quite adorable....we still stare at you on the monitor all the time...I love it...

Mimi has been a lifesaver and is still watching...it has been the best thing for you and this momma...you absolutely adore her and love to go to Mimi's house and play with your big cousins Noelle and Holt...Speaking of big kids...you LOVE, love them...you want to play with them anytime. I am so thankful for her!!

You absolutely love, love bath time still...I will say ready for a bath...and you run to our room saying "bath" over and over.  After bath I tell you to go get daddy and you streak to the living room where he is...it is precious...then we play chase to get your diaper on, then lotion, then PJs...it can be quite a lengthly ordeal but you love it and so does momma and daddy!

You love.... being outside (you would live out there if you could), Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, wagon rides, playing in your playroom, books (oh how you love them), coloring, playing with water in any way, shape, form or fashion (water table, bath time, watering the flowers, painting with water on the concrete)

You dislike... having to come inside, when momma is clueless and can't figure out what you want or need, getting your diaper changed

Schedule is still the same....

8:30-rise and shine, sippy cup + food
11:30-milk + food
12-2:30 nap
2:30-snack time
6:30-7-milk + food
7-bathtime/bedtime routine

7:30-bedtime

Of course my favorite one is blurry

She found it extremely funny to knock the chalkboard off...over and over:)
