Isabella the day momma found out I was having a daughter I knew I was instantly going to have my best friend…you truly are my little mini me and best bud. You make everything I do so much more fun and bright! I can't wait for so many more years of giggles, fun and I know future heart ache. You are equal parts feisty, hilarious, hyper, and all together more precious than momma could have dreamed of. People comment on how cute you are when we go through the grocery store and you say to every cart we pass "Scuse me." You really are becoming so polite with typical 2 year old behaviors thrown in the mix;) You say "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am" ha and I love it. I have decided to stop coming up with excuses for your behavior and let you be a toddler within reason of course. For goodness sakes you are 2, we expect so much of sweet toddlers…you respond incredibly well to time outs these days…you HATE them…as soon as I scoop you up after your now 2 minutes are done you rest your sweet head on my shoulder, pat my back and say "sowwy momma"…and then I melt into a puddle on the floor…
Goodness grace upon grace upon grace isn't that what we all need….we all fail all the time and just need grace, forgiveness and patience…
You truly are an incredible kid…you sure have your whiney moments and unruly moments but you also listen and behave more often than not…
You are still an incredible sleeper and will entertain yourself forever sometimes before falling asleep…the only time you have cried after I've laid you down is when something has fallen out of the crib you can't reach, your arm was stuck in your pants, or your sock was stuck inside out;)
You still love "ano" i.e. milk and now ask for "choc ano"-chocolate milk on occasion thanks to I'm guessing your smitten Popi! You love "tweets" and will do just about anything for one haha.. I am not above bribery sometimes:) You actually love to get your picture taken…you will back up to the wall or climb up and say "cheese" you often want Dixie in the picture with you and lovie has become your permanent accessory…obviously your momma has taken too many pictures;)
