Easy Monkey Bread

Ever since I was little monkey bread has been such a treat. It was our donut per se (we never got donuts but monkey bread, pancakes and cinnamon rolls were our weekend treat.) We never got pizza either just spaghetti but I'm not angry;) I haven't made this in ages but thought it would be perfect with our icey weather….and with my little Isabella who loves to help "cook" it was so fun!

Ingredients:

2 cans buttermilk biscuits (cut in 4s)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar (I used organic)
1 stick butter (I only used a 1/2)

In medium bowl mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Quarter your biscuits and toss in cinnamon/sugar mix. Place coated biscuits into a bundt pan. When done with biscuits, melt butter and mix with remaining sugar/cinnamon mix and pour over biscuits.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cook until brown on top to assure middle is done.

Immediately remove from bundt pan.
Serve warm!
So easy right!

Yum!!!
