Weekend recap and Silos

This past weekend we headed south of Austin for my cousin's wedding. We decided to make a fun trip out of it and make a quick stop in Waco. I'm an old Baylor Bear alumni and hadn't been to the Silos and wanted to take the kiddos to see the bear on campus. I had been to the old Magnolia Market but not the Silos and I've been dying to go! It was SO miserably hot but we still enjoyed ourselves! The food trucks were delicious. We went on a Friday so it wasn't as bad as Saturday or Sundays apparently. They say Tuesday and Wednesday are the slowest days. I will have to make another trip down so I can try out the bakery, we needed to get on the road and waiting in line with three littles didn't sound fun. My cousin's wedding was perfect and we had such a great family weekend. Our kids were rockstars on the road trip and we survived all sleeping in the same tiny room again, so thankful. Addilyn was a dream and slept most of the car rides even in traffic, insert all the praise hands. Now maybe we can brave Florida next year, ha!
