Salmon burgers


I have been craving and addicted to these salmon burgers since my hubs and my brother in law fixed them for us. I am trying to introduce salmon more and more into my diet and this is a sure fire way to love it!

Ingredients:

8 oz-Salmon 
4-Kaiser rolls
2 tbsp-Cream cheese
Cappers to flavor
4 slices Bacon
1 Avocado
Arugula

Dill sauce to top salmon:
1/2 lemon-juice from lemon
1/4 cup-Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp-honey
1 tbsp- Dill weed

Brush salmon with Chef Paul Salmon seasoning. Place salmon in refrigerator to marinate about 20 minutes. While waiting, cook bacon to the perfect crisp (we love this Bacon rack), perfect bacon, less grease every time. Slice avocado in thin slices. 

Heat grill. Brush grill with oil. Place salmon skin side down on grill over medium heat. Cover grill, cook 10-15 minutes or until salmon easily flakes with fork. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.

Spread cream cheese on both sides of Kaiser rolls. Place salmon on Kaiser rolls. Layer salmon in no particular order with cappers, bacon, avocados, and the perfect amount of arugula. 

Feeds approximately 4 adults.

Now drool and enjoy. If you don't fancy cappers, bacon, arugula or avocado…skip that part;) It will still be SO delish!
