Cayson had the hardest time deciding on what he wanted to do this year. He wanted to do another living room Fortnite party and I just wasn't loving the idea, so 3 months later I convinced him to go to the Hydrous Wake Park in Little Elm and it did not disappoint.
Sweet Addi was so cute picking out her gifts this year. #1 on her list was a skin care refrigerator (the joys of having a big sis)! She saw this picture and said "Oh mommy, you know me so well:)"
Izzy got to take her bestie to San Antonio and Sea World last year. We were already there for gymnastics meet so it worked out perfectly. Ever since Addi has requested an "out of town" birthday party. We settled on Great Wolfe Lodge so she is taking her sister and their besties this weekend. I love when they choose experience birthday parties!! It will be simple and sweet and I love this "groovy theme" we decided on:)
All Cayson wanted this year was to play Fortnite and swim with his guy friends ONLY, oh and have Wing Stop:). He did not want a gaming truck like we did for his 6th birthday party here. So I had to really figure out a way to make this happen...we ended up moving extra TVs and our other gaming systems into the living room so the boys could game together and I think it was a success. He had the absolute best time. He okayed girls arriving at the end of the party and the party lasted into the evening in true fashion!!
It's officially, official my kids are requesting the "lame birthday themes" haha!!! SO here I am trying to make all their Fortnite, Disney, Unicorn dreams come true over here. He didn't want to rent the gaming truck again and requested his dad just hook up several TVs in our living room for them to play then he wanted to swim!! I love when they know what they want so you better believe I'm going to try to make it cool;)
My sweet baby turned 5 and all she wished for was a real “unicorn” birthday! We had the best time making this happen. The amount of hugs and thank yous she gave us proved how grateful she was and how loved she felt. She had a very specific girls only invite list proving how mature she is becoming.
This adorable "Unicorn" did not disappoint
I didn't get a picture before people started on the charcuterie board but it was a huge hit!
My adorable helper!
Dennis made me this table and I'm in love!!
For party favors I did "Decorate your own bag." My kids each got to pick a set of iron on patches from Amazon and the kids picked as many patches as they could fit. I just placed a small towel over the patches and plastics and ironed right on after they picked their favorite! It was a huge hit.
