Gold and floral office makeover

 


I have had the same office since 2012 and am finally moving spaces. This meant a complete office makeover obviously. I have not purchased a single item since then and I am probably more excited than I should be to redo it haha!! I am loving all the floral and golds these days.

Candy bowl- I had a black candy bowl and a gold one was in order...they are harder to find than you would think. Love this one!

Headphone stand-I don't use headphones, but I saw this and instantly wish I did. If you do this is amazing!

Drawer organizers-I am loving these clear drawer organizers over my old bulky black ones.

Adorable swan-not sure what I will 100% use this for, but I have to have it right?! I think it would hole an iPhone and be so cute!

Marker board-I need a little more wall decor and this one fit the bill perfectly!

Desk mat-this desk mat helps cover all the metal and makes my desk feel more cozy

Plants-these $5 fake plants at Target are my favorite...we have them all over the house!

Stapler-because you need a gold one of course.

Scissors-and gold scissors too

Acrylic file box-I added this for some of my papers and absolutely love it

Gold office set-this whole set is a great addition if you want all gold accessories

Round desk top organizer-we have one of these in every room of our house. We love them

File holder-loving this gold and clear file holder

Wallpaper-I bought this wallpaper for the girl's bathroom and haven't had time to put it up. I practiced on my desk with a small strip, and I love the addition

Rifle paper notepad-this notepad is so nice to have to jot down notes and it adds the perfect pop of color

Pencils-this old school pencil set is hilarious pretty

Floral file folders-I've had the same leopard and cheetah file folders for years and wanted something lighter, love these additions

Christmas organization

 



Dish organizer::If you have holiday china or more than one set I cannot recommend these enough for storage

Wrapping paper organizer::I keep all my ribbons and gift embellishments and always stock up on wrapping paper at the end of the year. I think I need to add this to my collection.

Ornament organizer::These ornament organizers are game changes even for ornaments that aren't breakable.

Pillow organizer:: I have multiple pillow organizers for each holiday and they have changed my pillow storage organization

Light organizer:: The kids all have lights in their rooms and this is a great way to keep them organized

Wreath organizer:: These are also life changing. You can switch them out as you use the next holiday wreath:)

Tree storage:: I finally bought tree storage bins for our trees several years ago and they are so much  easier than the trash bags that I was using;) haha
 
It's that time of year again. Sad to be taking down my Christmas decor but I am so thankful for some of these organizational items.

Jewelry organization favorites

 


I have been in desperate need of revamping and organizing my jewelry. In particular I had statement earrings and bracelet stacks everywhere. I polled some friends on IG and these were the most recommended. I grabbed the 3 tier earring holder and clear acrylic one so far. The acrylic one is smaller than I expected but it is perfect for some bangles and rings! I am thinking a bracelet holder is next...even though it can be a pain to take them on and off, I'm loving the way they are displayed!! I love the gold detail of this one, I did find this version on Amazon that is a cheaper dupe!

Christmas storage solutions



Putting away Christmas decor is not my favorite but I've found having good storage makes it so much easier to put things away and saves me so much time. I finally invested in some pieces and it's been life changing. 

Dish organizers-where have these been all my life. I have tons of holiday dishes including 3 sets of Christmas dishes. These containers are so amazing and so much better than using paper between dishes in a tub! I love this brown leather accent one, matches my favorite Mark and Graham suitcase.

Wreath holder-also life changing. So much better than trying to cram my wreaths in a container or using a trash bag. This zip up one fit mine perfectly.

Kid's bins-I love these bins to put all the kid's room Christmas decor in. They each have their own and I love it, their collection gets bigger every year. 

Pillow organizer-I finally have invested in so many holiday pillows so this vintner is a must. Keeps them clean and in good form in the attic.

Tree-I grabbed one of these from Target this year and ordered more for all our trees. So much better than cramming each section in its own container or trash bag! 

Ornaments-we don’t have tons of glass or round ornaments but we have enough I want to protect and keep safe. Life changing as well. This drop in organizer is perfection too!

Christmas lights-we have some of these light organizers to roll up our lights and they are game changers! No more untangling or ruining lights every year! This container is great for large lights and we have several of these cord wind up thingys;) And this gold one is probably the cutest:)
