E I G H T months-Addilyn

Oh sweet Addilyn not sure why I can't seem to get these posts done on time, running about 2 weeks late each month;) You precious girl continue to be a dream (a dream that doesn't sleep) but we still love and adore you. I'm hoping 2018 is your year to sleep haha!

A C T I V I T Y / P E R S O N A L I T Y

You are officially one busy girl. You have a little slither and roll down to get where you want. You are still all smiles and giggles despite seeming to be sick non stop. You babble and squeal all day to make yourself known. You are such a joy and light. You go with the flow and make having 3 seem easy. I am so blessed and thankful for your laid back spirit. You are sitting up very steady and I think will be pulling to stand and really crawling very soon.

E A T I N G

You are the BEST eater ever. You are eating most foods except meat, peanut butter, berries and eggs. You still nurse or have a bottle when I work every 3-4 hours. We are working on bedtime and middle of the night feedings. If I can't settle you quickly I nurse you, which is probably a bad habit:( You love most food with just the occasional squinty displeased face! I make some baby food as discussed in yesterday's post but you get more pouches than handmade most of the time. I love the big variety and mixes they have available now.

First Thanksgiving

S L E E P

Oh man! This still really stinks. You will still take 2 naps most days but they have been short and you fight me for them. You also are up still anywhere from 1-3 times every night. You no longer just take the pacifier and self soothe but I have to pick you up and rock you (I know, horrible habit). Unfortunately, crying it out isn't an option right now because you wake up Isabella who promptly informs me over the monitor that you are awake, ugh! Hoping next month is our month. I can always dream, my bags under my eyes are begging;)
