Oat and Craisin breakfast cookie
No flour, sugar or dairy added
Adapted this recipe from one I found on Pinterest and am in love.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of oats
2 ripe bananas
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon (to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla (to taste)
Mash the bananas well and mix all above ingredients in a large bowl.
Using an ice cream scooper form into small balls on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Best served warm! Enjoy!
