Creamy spaghetti squash


1 spaghetti squash
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup chopped broccoli florets 
1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes 

1. Bake Spaghetti squash according to directions here...
2. Melt butter in sauce pan, add in cream, let simmer and add in garlic and parmesan cheese...whisk and heat through
3. Once mixed and cheese melted add in broccoli florets and sun dried tomatoes
4. Remove spaghetti squash from oven, use a fork to bring the "spaghetti" strands to the center....
5. Return squash to pan, pour sauce over top....
5. Top with parmesan cheese and return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts...
