Bumpdates 6-11 weeks

So the bump dates begin!! I decided to opt out of the chalk  board this time and go with something a little different. I thought if I wore the same tank I could watch the change closer...it was sometimes hard to tell last time:) Just skip through these for those they bore...these are for my sweet memory keepsakes! Excuse the state of my unattractiveness and lighting in these photos...most were a week late, I'm just lucky we captured them....obviously usually at night after a long day dragging my sweet hubby in to take them:)

Baby's size: Size of a lime

How far along: 11 weeks

Weight gain: -2 pounds

Developing this week: busy growing this week, hands and feet in front of the body, ears nearly in final shape, open nasal passages at the tip of the nose, tongue and palate in the mouth:)

Sleep: Dealing with some crazy allergies and strange insomnia that I've never had....frequent bathroom breaks in the middle of the night then inability to fall back to sleep. Insomnia is a whole new thing for me but seems to be a norm this pregnancy and after talking to several friends occurred for the their 2nd pregnancy as well....

Maternity Clothes: None just yet, as my hubby states "You have a cute pooch now"...husbands, the word pooch is never cute haha...love him though and this sweet pooch I get to have!

Food cravings: fruit and sweets, random craving for ranch and carrots several times...

Food aversions: pretty picky, have to find something that sounds good but no major aversions!

Symptoms I have: severe nausea (the worst from 7-9 pm), breast tenderness, insomnia, inability to nap (say what? who am I?)

Doctor’s Appointment: Had our 12 week appt on Friday....we were actually able to hear the heart beat this time despite my uterus being flipped back...Heart rate was 164, girl?!, best sound I could have heard....I cry every time....I don't take a single day of this for granted...

Movement: not yet, can't wait one of my most favorite things!!

Belly Button: due to my hernia it sometimes looks like an innie and sometimes like an outie....if I have another c-section we may get this fixed....hoping at least this time I won't get the awful belly button pain like last time

Gender: Can't wait to find out, drew blood work for XY and genetics so we should know soon...in the next 2 weeks

Best moment of the week: Getting to hear that sweet heart beat....not sure there is a sound much sweeter

What I’m looking forward to: our next sonogram in a week!!

Food aversions: just having a picky palate have to be creative to find something that sounds good but no aversions
