Cayson William 3 years old

Cayson my little buddy I cannot even fathom the fact that you are three. I can't wait to celebrate you this weekend. Since your birthday you tell people you are 3 and hold up your thumb, pointer and middle finger so sweetly. You still occasionally will ask me if you turned "five like sissy." Ha. You are her biggest fan.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

You are my dinosaur loving, rock picking, always climbing, cuddle machine. You are obsessed with all things dinosaur and for months if I asked what you wanted to do for your birthday your response was just "dinosaur." It's been tough on momma but I'm going to give you that dinosaur party and make it as cute as I can;) You cannot pass a rock with out picking it up or pass a climbable object without climbing or swinging on it. You are equal parts crazy silly and sensitive.

You have taken on your role as big brother far better than I could have ever dreamed or imagined. You are so precious and cannot keep your hands off Addi (I have to tell you to give the girl some space 900x a day). I was so afraid you, my little cuddle bug, would be so jealous but you haven't shown one once of jealousy. You truly are so sweet and nurturing.

T A L K I N G

Goodness you woke up one morning and I swear my baby was gone. Your language exploded overnight and you grew up too quickly for this momma heart. It's amazing how big and mature you seemed as soon as Addilyn was born. I love and cherish the very little one on one time we get together. You are such a handful but when you are alone so manageable if that makes sense! You always miss Isabella when she isn't around and prefer to be where she is.

E A T I N G

You are a typical toddler and eat better some days than others. You are my tomato and fruit lover. You will eat tomatoes like an apple. You love them. You also absolutely love pickles like your momma. You are still kind of a snacker and grazer like your momma and sissy. You are so active so you are very lean. I think I might see a six pack every once in a while;) You are also my sweets-aholic. You ask for candy or cookies all day even when you know the answer is no, in hopes that you will catch me at a weak moment I guess.

S L E E P

You still take a decent afternoon nap. You fight me on occasion but usually after asking for another sip of water for the 100th time eventually fall asleep. Your nap can range from 1-3 hours just depending on the day. You are still a great sleeper at night too finally. We got you an Ok to wake clock to help you stay in bed until 7:15. It has been so helpful for you. You love to "spend the night with sissy." You guys typically sleep in your bed and you talk so much sometimes your sister gives up on you and goes to her own bed ha! You guys are too precious for words.

done and done! I still put you in a pull up at night. You don't usually have accidents but on occasion you will and ain't no body got time to be changing sheets all the time:)
